Fragomen Contributes to Migration Observatory Report on Gender and Migration in the UK

Fragomen contributed data to “Migration and Gender in the UK,” a report from The Migration Observatory at the University of Oxford’s Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS).

UK Managing Partner Nadine Goldfoot wrote the foreword, which highlights the importance of understanding how gender shapes migration experiences and outcomes. The report analyses differences in visa routes, employment sectors, earnings and settlement, noting that while the immigration system is formally gender-neutral, men and women often experience it differently due to social and economic factors.
