Fragomen in Chicago Continues Working with the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC)

The Chicago office has partnered with the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) in Chicago for the past several years. Since July, the office has been working on multiple programs to assist unaccompanied children. They have already taken on one child's case for direct representation from NIJC, and have also assumed responsibility for providing the weekly “Know Your Rights” presentations at a local juvenile detention facility.  The presentations are given by Spanish-speaking attorneys and paralegals.
