Fragomen Ireland Wins 2023 "CX Impact in Professional Services" Award

BusinessRiver, the largest business community platform operating in the Irish market, names Fragomen Ireland winner of the 2023 "CX Impact in Professional Services" award. This award recognises an organisation working in the Irish professional services sector that demonstrates achievements in measuring and managing customer experience excellence and delivers better outcomes for its customers and, ultimately, its own business.

Assistant Manager Kristina de St. Maurice is also commended as a finalist in the "CX Rising Star of the Year" category, which recognises outstanding achievements in creativity, initiative and teamwork.
