NEW YORK – July 15, 2024 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, announces it has named Paul W. Nielander as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Nielander previously served as Fragomen’s Managing Director of Software Product Development. He has more than 35 years of experience as an information technology (IT) leader focusing on technology-shared services, business relationship management and global technology operations oversight. Prior to Fragomen, Nielander held senior IT positions at leading multinational companies, including ADM, Takeda and Baxter Healthcare, where he globalized and transformed technology operations.

“Paul’s established track record of driving digital transformations—coupled with his deep knowledge of Fragomen’s digital operating model and commercial product strategy—make him uniquely suited to step into this new role,” said Vivek Wadhwa, Fragomen’s Chief Operating Officer. “With Paul at the helm, we will continue to solidify and enhance our longstanding position as a leader in the immigration technology space.”

As CIO, Nielander will oversee Fragomen’s IT strategy and operations, focusing on the development and implementation of IT systems, infrastructure and initiatives to enhance Fragomen’s efficiency and growth in this evolving landscape—all backed by the firm’s industry-leading knowledge, data and experience.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead Fragomen’s digital and technology efforts during an exciting and pivotal time in the industry,” said Nielander. “Technology innovation is one of the core tenets of Fragomen’s business, and I look forward to building on our already robust platforms to deliver exceptional products and services to our clients.”
