NEW YORK, January 26, 2023 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, announces that Scott Leeb has been named as Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO). Leeb has been with Fragomen since 2018 as Senior Director of Knowledge. He has more than 20 years of experience creating, managing and growing the business intelligence and knowledge management functions at Fortune 500 companies and has also advised the U.S. Department of Army, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank.

As CKO, Leeb will lead the firm’s Knowledge group which includes professionals with backgrounds in law, immigration, journalism, communication, and information management. The Group provides clients with unparalleled insights on rapidly changing regulations and updates from around the world and produces the firm’s proprietary annual Worldwide Immigration Trends Report and its quarterly supplements.
