As the Chief Knowledge Officer, Scott leads the firm’s Knowledge group, which is fully dedicated to the creation, curation and management of the firm’s knowledge. Scott is responsible for making Fragomen's worldwide immigration knowledge readily available to keep Fragomen teams informed so they can provide optimal services to clients and keep clients apprised of the latest developments in immigration and potential impacts on their program. He is also responsible for leveraging the firm’s knowledge to drive new business.

Over the past two decades, Scott has created, managed and grown the business intelligence and knowledge management functions at four Fortune 500 companies and a leading international philanthropy. As a consultant, he advised the U.S. Department of Army, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Saudi government on how to maximize their knowledge management capabilities. He leverages his experience leading knowledge management functions in the commercial, government and nonprofit sectors to develop products and services that provide insight and decision-making support to our clients.

Scott has spoken throughout the world on a wide range of topics related to knowledge management.
