Taking place August 3–5, 2026, in Chicago, the convention offers educational programming, networking opportunities, and expert insights for organizations managing global travel and workforce mobility.
Our professionals will share practical perspectives during two featured sessions:
K. Edward (Eddie) Raleigh, Partner, will participate in Meet Rep. Casten: Insights on Congress & U.S. Entry Changes on Tuesday, August 4, from 8:00–8:45 a.m. CT, alongside industry professionals. The session will explore congressional priorities and the evolving U.S. entry landscape for international business travelers. Discussion will focus on recent and proposed changes to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), including expanded traveler screening, implementation considerations, and the practical implications for organizations managing global travel. Attendees will gain insight into current legislative developments, compliance considerations, and best practices for supporting cross-border business travel in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Peta Lowe, Senior Immigration Program Manager, will participate in Close Calls 2026: Disasters, Crisis, and MORE! on Wednesday, August 5, from 9:15–10:00 a.m. CT, alongside industry professionals. The session will examine how organizations can strengthen travel risk management by learning from near misses, routine disruptions, and other incidents that expose vulnerabilities in business travel programs. Panelists will discuss practical approaches to improving traveler safety, preparedness, and response, including the use of established risk management frameworks and strategies that help organizations build more resilient global travel programs.
Fragomen looks forward to participating in this year's convention and connecting with clients and industry peers throughout the event.
