From the boardroom to the courtroom, C-suites, corporate boards, and immigration program managers rely on Eddie for practical, business-oriented counsel. In both arenas, he focuses on strategic risk management and bet-the-company and bet-the-immigration-program investigations and disputes.
Strategic Insight
For Eddie, the discipline of immigration law serves as a platform for enterprise risk management. He advises companies—especially Fragomen’s largest tech and infotech clients—on the subtle but consequential intersections between immigration programs and other business processes. Eddie develops immigration and global mobility strategies that harness the law while managing risk. He helps companies leverage immigration to enrich core business functions, including recruiting, human resources, operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
His wide-ranging strategic experience includes the development of immigration policies, compensation protocols, compliance programs, and anti-human trafficking campaigns. He is a key player in complex transaction strategy and due diligence. And the world’s most valuable companies have sought his advice on navigating the vagaries of the COVID-19 pandemic, changing educational trends, and the impact of the broader economy on their risk profiles.
