Germany/Israel: Temporary Residence Permit-Free Stay for Israeli Nationals

Israeli nationals can remain in Germany without applying for a residence permit until April 26, 2024. Israeli nationals are visa waived for entry to Germany for stays of up to 90 days in a 180-day period for tourism and business travel. The German government has extended their visa-free stay until April 26, 2024 beyond the permitted 90 days within 180 days. Under this waiver program, they can continue to conduct business activities in Germany but may not work without a work permit.
