Ghana: Increased Period of Stay for Nationals of Malawi

Ghana has increased the allowable period of stay for nationals of Malawi entering for business or tourism purposes on all passports to 90 days (up from 60 days) for each visit within a calendar year. Since Ghanaian nationals are among the 47 nationalities for which Malawi has recently implemented a visa waiver program, this new rule is expected to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.
