The Indonesian government has introduced the All-Indonesia application, a new digital platform that consolidates the Immigration Arrival Card, Customs Declaration, and Health Declaration into a single form for all travelers entering the country. The initiative, issued jointly by Indonesian Immigration, Customs, and the Ministry of Health, aims to streamline arrival procedures and reduce paperwork. It was soft-launched in mid-August 2025, with full implementation scheduled to begin on September 1, 2025 at Indonesia’s main international airports including Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Juanda (Surabaya), and Ngurah Rai (Bali).
Travelers can complete the digital form up to three days before their arrival, and group registration is available for passengers traveling together on the same flight. APEC Card holders and foreign ship crew members may select “No Visa” in the application and will be provided with manual assistance from airport officers. Upon arrival, travelers are only required to present the QR code generated by the application, replacing the need for multiple paper forms. Airports not yet integrated into the system will continue to require the manual Arrival Card and the Electronic Customs Declaration, which remains accessible.
