Shayan points out that Emiratisation policies will play a key role, with employers likely to prioritise hiring local nationals depending on the park’s location. He also says the influx of jobs could drive demand for new immigration solutions including long-term residence permits, short-term visas and bulk processing. The scale of hiring, he adds, will require careful selection of visa pathways to ensure timely deployment of international talent.
