Lithuania: Labor Market Testing Ceases

Lithuanian authorities are no longer conducting labor market testing when assessing work permit applications. Applicants must still satisfy relevant education qualification or work experience eligibility requirements as well as any applicable minimum salary levels. By formally removing this step in the application process, applicants and employers will save time and administrative work.
