As part of the Global Underwater Hub (GUH) programme of HR-focused events, designed to help organisations stay informed, confident and prepared for the year ahead, Fragomen Director Kelly Hardman will join other panelists to explore the evolving landscape of global workforce mobility.
As businesses continue to operate across borders and deploy talent internationally, the demands of immigration, global mobility and tax compliance are increasing in both complexity and scrutiny. This GUH-hosted session brings together specialists in immigration strategy, international mobility and cross-border tax to provide organisations with clear, practical insight into the key issues shaping workforce movement in 2026 and beyond.
The speakers will examine the challenges and opportunities facing employers as they manage overseas project delivery, international recruitment, short-term assignments, remote working arrangements and director-level travel. Drawing on current and emerging policy developments, sponsor compliance trends and enforcement activity, the session will cover recent and upcoming changes in UK immigration policy, global mobility governance, and tax and social security obligations.
Attendees will gain a practical understanding of what HR, finance and operational leaders need to know to remain compliant while continuing to support business growth.
