New Zealand: New Ukraine Resident Visa Implemented

Immigration New Zealand (INZ) recently announced the opening of applications for the new Ukraine Resident Visa. This introduces a pathway to work and permanent residency for holders of the 2022 Special Ukraine Visa (a two-year visa for Ukrainians invited by their family in New Zealand). Eligible applicants must have arrived in New Zealand on or before March 15, 2024, and must meet the standard character and medical requirements. The program will remain open until March 16, 2026.
