The Biden Administration has rolled out major changes that may soon affect your DACA population and other employees holding humanitarian statuses. The new “Parole in Place” program, opening on Monday, August 19th, may present an important new pathway through which many of your employees may soon have access to an immigrant visa (Green Card).
The Parole in Place program is part of a larger picture whereby humanitarian immigration pathways have begun intersecting with employment-based immigration. Fragomen has formed a new team – the Humanitarian and Evolving Legal Pathways team (HELP) -- aimed at helping you navigate your role as an employer through that changed landscape.
