Department of Labor
View current PERM processing times directly from the DOL. Please note that although the PERM labor certifications were originally projected to take 45 to 60 days to process, current processing times are longer.
USCIS Service Centers
USCIS Service Center and National Benefits Center general processing times can be accessed at the bottom of the page. If you have a receipt number, you can check specific case information by choosing the "Check My Case Status" link located to the left of the page. Enter the 13-character receipt number listed on the receipt notice (Form I-797) to check on the status of the case at the USCIS. To determine which USCIS Service Center is processing this case, please refer to the first three letters of the receipt number; EAC = Vermont Service Center, LIN = Nebraska Service Center, NBC = National Benefits Center, SRC = Texas Service Center and WAC = California Service Center.
