On 17 June 2025, the Dubai Chamber will host the UAE Employment Law Workshop, presented in collaboration with Fragomen. The half-day session will provide a detailed overview of the UAE’s employment legal framework, with a focus on immigration, labor laws, and key HR practices.
The workshop will explore topics including visa categories, work permits, employee recruitment, and essential employment considerations such as probation, compensation, performance management, grievance procedures, and termination protocols. It is intended to support businesses in understanding the legal and regulatory environment governing employment in the UAE.
