Abeer is a Partner at Fragomen, where she has been a member of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) team since 2010. She leads the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) practice and has an extensive and specialized understanding of immigration matters across various MENA jurisdictions.

Abeer's role extends to serving corporate and private clients, providing expert guidance on immigration needs. She supports corporate clients spanning diverse industries, including information technology, media, financial services, healthcare, and professional Consulting. She optimizes immigration models, enabling clients to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining compliance in their mobility programs. Throughout her career, Abeer has managed corporate restructuring immigration-related projects, ranging from high to medium-volume, such as mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.

In addition to her corporate engagements, Abeer offers tailored assistance to private individuals seeking residence and citizenship through investment schemes.

Abeer plays a leading role in fostering our responsible business practices and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the region.
