The ongoing conflict in the Middle East has significantly disrupted employment-related assignments, cross-border transfers, and business travel across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As organizations continue to operate in an environment marked by heightened regional risk, understanding how to effectively manage talent mobility has become increasingly critical.
