The ongoing conflict in the Middle East has significantly disrupted employment-related assignments, cross-border transfers, and business travel across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As organizations continue to operate in an environment marked by heightened regional risk, understanding how to effectively manage talent mobility has become increasingly critical.
In this upcoming webinar, speakers based in the Middle East will share firsthand perspectives on what talent mobility looks like in practice during periods of instability, including the current conflict. Drawing on both their professional expertise and personal experiences, panelists will explore how companies and individuals make decisions about moving talent into, out of, and within the region.
The discussion will also address the operational, compliance, and security considerations that organizations must navigate to support their workforce effectively in complex and rapidly evolving conditions.
Fragomen Partner Abeer Husseini will join fellow panelists to contribute insights on the immigration and mobility challenges impacting the region today.
This session is eligible for one (1) continuing education credit for CRP® or GMS®, and is open to both WERC members and non-members.
