United Kingdom: Restrictions for Sponsored Work Routes Forthcoming

As a reminder, wide-ranging changes to the UK Immigration Rules take effect on July 22, 2025, including raising the skills threshold for Skilled Worker visas to occupations at degree level (Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Level 6); limiting skilled workers’ ability to sponsor dependent applications; and raising various minimum salary thresholds.
