The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.

As of August 1, 2025, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in April 2024 or earlier, and the agency indicates “N/A” for the audit processing queue. DOL is working on reconsideration requests that were filed in June 2025 or earlier. 

As of August 1, 2025, DOL was issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM prevailing wage requests filed in April 2025 (for OEWS-based requests) and February 2025 (for non-OEWS requests), and for H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in April 2025 (OEWS) and February 2025 (non-OEWS). The agency has been processing PERM prevailing wage redeterminations requested in February 2025 and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in April 2025. In addition, the agency is processing PERM Center Director Reviews from June 2024.
