Next month, USCIS will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications from foreign nationals with a priority date that is earlier than the Final Action Dates listed in the State Department’s May 2023 Visa Bulletin.
Employment-Based Priority Date Cutoffs for May 2023
USCIS has chosen the Final Action Dates chart listed in next month’s State Department Visa Bulletin for employment-based applications. To be eligible to file an employment-based adjustment application in May, foreign nationals must have a priority date that is earlier than the date listed below for their preference category and country.
