In the latest episode of The Immigration Conversation, Partner Cosmina Morariu and Senior Director Leah Rogal discuss the vision behind Fragomen’s Center for Strategy and Applied Insights and the growing importance of strategic guidance in today’s evolving immigration and workforce landscape.

The Center focuses on helping the firm, clients and governments address complex challenges related to talent mobility, workforce planning and immigration policy. Since launching more than a year ago, the initiative has brought together legal knowledge, policy analysis and business strategy to support organizations navigating rapid global change.

During the conversation, Cosmina and Leah explore how immigration policy increasingly intersects with economic competitiveness, labor market demands and long-term workforce strategy. They also discuss the Center’s role in identifying emerging trends, developing practical insights and helping stakeholders respond to shifting global mobility needs.

The episode highlights how strategic collaboration between the private sector, policymakers and immigration professionals can help organizations remain agile while supporting sustainable talent mobility frameworks.
