Abhilash is an Innovation Manager based at Fragomen’s Dubai Internet City office. He is responsible for ensuring that our Fragomen Middle East and Africa based teams deliver the highest level of client service. He has over 12 years’ experience in this field.
Abhilash manages predictive data, business analytics & reporting, process improvements and identifying challenges that the Middle East and Africa case teams face. He resolves those challenges using various technologies or by optimizing, standardizing and automating processes by developing robotic process automation (RPA) or by integrating relevant programs. This enables him to implement improvements for process change and trainings.
Abhilash is the key liaison between the Middle East and Africa offices and the firm’s global operations, technologies, and standards departments. He ensures a consistent approach to global service delivery.
Abhilash speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
