Adam is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he advises multinational corporations and large U.S. employers, including those in healthcare, fintech, global commerce and agriculture, on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. His practice focuses on managing complex immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes, including PERM labor certification, draft-intensive filings such as EB-1 and O-1 petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE) and Requests for Information (RFI). Adam works closely with clients to provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, immigration risk and case strategy.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Adam gained experience supporting both corporate and individual clients in a variety of immigration matters, including employment-based petitions, family-based applications and humanitarian relief cases. His background also includes experience supporting business-focused legal work, including advising startups on entity formation, contract development and operational strategy.
Adam has participated in pro bono initiatives supporting immigrant populations, including work with Safe Passage Project, where he conducted intake interviews and initial screenings for unaccompanied minors in removal proceedings and helped them understand their legal options. Additionally, through the Immigrant Rights Clinic at Rutgers Law School, he supported immigration matters including U-visa applications for victims of qualifying crimes and contributed to asylum and humanitarian relief cases.
