Adam is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Pittsburgh office, where he focuses on employment-based immigration matters, including securing temporary and permanent visas, family-based immigration, naturalization and addressing compliance matters.

His practice spans a wide range of services, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa strategies, labor certification (PERM) and EB-1 visas with an emphasis on tailored solutions for healthcare professionals. He has experience in navigating complex issues like 212(e) waivers for physicians, I-9 and H-1B employer compliance, along with Social Security and driver’s license assistance for immigrants.

Adam is a trusted advisor to businesses across industries such as healthcare, life sciences, IT, education and manufacturing. He develops innovative immigration strategies to help clients achieve their workforce and compliance goals.
