Aim-on uses her extensive knowledge of immigration and employment law to assist multinational corporations with all related aspects, including work authorization and permits, work permits and visa applications. Clients also turn to Aim-on for counsel regarding business setup and strategy for how to best utilize various government entities for work authorizations and visas. She regularly advises businesses and individuals on specific visa types depending on their needs and qualifications, such as investment, work, media, student and retirement visas.

She guides clients through the various aspects of Board of Investment rules and regulations and other areas of corporate law and has experience in reviewing and advising on labor contracts, work rules, employment regulations and service agreements.

Aim-on’s clients appreciate her depth of understanding of the complex nature of Thai immigration law, as well as the breadth of relationships she has formed with various Thai government agencies throughout her career. She is known for providing strategic, customized advice for each situation. She prides herself on hands-on work and immersing herself in her clients’ business to deliver favorable results.

A regular speaker on various immigration topic, Aim-on also provides pro bono services serving as an advisor to Christian organizations assisting stateless immigrants on gaining rights in Thailand.
