Fragomen is hosting an exclusive panel discussion, Gateway Thailand: Government and Industry Perspectives on Talent, Mobility & Compliance on Thursday, 16 July 2026 from 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM at Grand Centre Point Prestige Bangkok.
The panel will feature senior representatives from the Board of Investment and Department of Employment, who will share insights into the country's evolving talent, mobility and compliance landscape. Featured speakers include:

- Sanlaya Aksharamat, Senior Investment Promotion Officer from Board of Investment

The discussion will explore strategies for attracting global talent, navigating compliance requirements and supporting workforce mobility in an evolving regulatory environment.
The session will be moderated by Fragomen Partner Aim-on Larpisal and Practice Leader Pantipa Praphakornphiphat.
The discussion will be conducted in Thai, with simultaneous interpretation equipment available upon request.
