Pantipa (Kate) is a Practice Leader in Fragomen’s Thailand office, where she supervises a team of experienced consultants and oversees the office management team. She is a key professional who advises multinational clients on their foreign employees and other immigration-related transactions across the jurisdictions, and creates operational efficiencies and process improvements to minimize client expenditures.

Kate has extensive experience in immigration practices and policies under U.S. immigration as well as Thailand immigration regulations. Previously, Kate was a Junior Partner at a Thai law firm in Bangkok, Thailand where she provided advice on Thai immigration and employment matters. Her clients included large multinational corporations in the automation, digital, manufacturing, banking, electronics, telecommunications and professional services sectors. In this role, Kate led the team of lawyers in ensuring that clients’ queries were addressed in a timely manner, liaised with Thai government agencies and delivered high quality client services.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kate lived in the United States, where she worked in immigration law firms for 8 years.
