Fragomen is hosting an exclusive panel discussion 'In Dialogue with Government: New Policies and Regulations for the Management of Foreign Workforce in Thailand' on Thursday, 16 October 2025 from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Bangkok.
The panel will feature senior representatives from the Department of Employment, Miss Boossabunchalee Phukaewphuek, Chief of BOI Foreign Workers’ Work Permit Administration Group and the Board of Investment, Miss Kantarot Laopradith, Director, Expatriate Services Division (Director, Higher Level) who will provide insights and share updates on recent policy developments and regulatory changes impacting the management of Thailand’s foreign workforce. The discussion will be moderated by Fragomen Partner, Aim-on Larpisal and Practice Leader, Pantipa Praphakornphiphat.
The session will be conducted in Thai with simultaneous interpretation equipment available upon request.
There will be time to network before and after the session, providing an opportunity to connect with senior leaders from across the mobility and HR landscape.
