A dedicated Fragomen Partner, Kenny is entrusted with overseeing the firm’s Asia Pacific Coordination Center (APCC) and is actively involved in managing various offices across the region.

In this capacity, Kenny supervises not only several of Fragomen’s Southeast Asia practices and countries but also extends his purview to other markets in the broader region, such as Japan and Korea, as well as countries in South Asia and the Pacific Islands. His deep involvement in engaging local immigration firms in countries where the firm partners with them ensures seamless transactional work when collaborating across borders.

At a higher level, Kenny assumes responsibility for understanding diverse immigration regimes within the region. This uniquely allows him and his team to have a comparative view of the region, allowing the team to have a deeper understanding of the various countries and to share such knowledge and insight across markets; for instance, from a government strategies perspective but also in providing strategic advice to clients for their business planning and expansion requirements.

As a multi-jurisdictional and multi-country strategist, Kenny offers invaluable insights to clients, aiding them in their decision-making processes concerning market entry and growth strategies. Leveraging his extensive client service background, Kenny emphasizes the importance of offering trusted recommendations rather than merely inundating clients with options. He instills this ethos within his team through ongoing training and encourages them to adapt advice according to each client's unique needs.

Kenny leads by example, demonstrating dedication and commitment by consistently exceeding expectations and constant learning. By fostering a supportive environment and nurturing long-term relationships with his team members, many of whom he has worked with for more than a decade, Kenny’s goal is to ensure that his team of diverse individuals feels valued and supported.
