Alejandro is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where he advises clients on nonimmigrant visas. He has experience advising companies and individual clients on employment-based immigration matters, including E-2, EB-5, H-1B, L-1, O and TN visas, and has assisted clients with visa processing matters such as National Interest Exceptions, expedited visa processing, visa revocation procedures and administrative processing.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Alejandro served as a Consular Officer with the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Consulates in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he managed the fraud detection and prevention units, visa revocation processes, parole programs, training curricula and the implementation of robotic process automation technologies. He also served at the U.S. Embassies in Lisbon, Portugal and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Alejandro is an adjunct professor of business law at Southern New Hampshire University's School of Business.
Alejandro speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
