Alex (Oleksandr) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine office, where he assists multinational corporate clients in the high-technology sector with employment-based and general immigration matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen and during law school, Alex worked at boutique and midsize immigration firms in New York City, where he gained experience handling a wide range of matters, including different immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications, family-sponsored petitions, fiancé and VAWA petitions, adjustment of status applications, removal of conditions petitions and humanitarian applications. He assisted clients across diverse industries including IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, medicine, logistics, art, marketing and small businesses.
Alex has experience in employment-based, family-based, general and humanitarian immigration matters, including H-1B, TN, E-2, L-1, TPS, AOS and naturalization cases. He is also experienced with preparing responses to complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
Alex speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian.
