Alex is the EMEA Manager for WorkRight™, Fragomen’s comprehensive, end-to-end solution designed to help clients manage workforce risk and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Bringing more than 14 years of global mobility and immigration experience gained at several leading firms in EMEA, including Mozambique and South Africa, he advises SMEs and multinational businesses on strategic workforce management, right to work compliance, and the development of operational efficiencies.
Alex has a proven track record of delivering tailored immigration solutions for complex cross-border projects. He has supported clients in the tech and e-commerce sectors, leveraging technology-driven strategies to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations across multiple jurisdictions. Known for his proactive communication and results-driven approach, Alex consistently translates insights into practical, high-value solutions.
Prior to re-joining Fragomen, Alex honed his experience while managing large-scale engagements in diverse regulatory environments.
