Alex is the Managing Partner of Fragomen’s Pittsburgh office, focusing on employment-based immigration, including securing temporary and permanent visas, family-based immigration, naturalization and addressing compliance matters.
His career includes invaluable experience with the U.S. Department of Justice and extensive international work, giving him a unique, global perspective on immigration law.
Alex’s hands-on approach is shaped by his firsthand understanding of the challenges individuals and businesses face when crossing borders. His practice spans a wide range of services, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa strategies, labor certification (PERM), EB-1 visas and tailored solutions for healthcare professionals, artists, athletes and entertainers. He has particular experience in navigating complex issues like 212(e) waivers for physicians, I-9 and H-1B employer compliance, along with Social Security and driver’s license assistance for immigrants.
