Ali is an Associate in Fragomen’s London office and provides strategic advice to companies and individuals on UK immigration matters, including sponsor license compliance, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, Global Talent, Appendix FM, Settlement and British citizenship applications.
His experience focuses on helping SMEs navigate complex sponsorship rules, ensuring that they are compliant with the Points Based System and are able to move or retain their talent in a seamless and efficient manner. He supports numerous corporate clients ranging from start-ups to global companies in diverse sectors such as information technology, engineering, finance, mining and hospitality. Ali also assists private clients.
Ali has also provided pro bono advisory services to Save the Children.
