Allison is a Senior Associate at Fragomen's Silicon Valley office. In this role, Allison advises corporate clients on all aspects of employment-based U.S. immigration law, including nonimmigrant visa petitions, PERM labor certifications and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Allison worked for a San Jose-based immigration law firm, where she represented clients in a wide range of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. While in law school, Allison was the Technical Editor of the Computer & High Technology Law Journal. She also earned honors certificates in high tech law and international business law.
Allison has provided pro bono assistance through the Asian Law Alliance, where she assisted individuals with U visa and citizenship applications as well as deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) requests.
Allison is fluent in English and Japanese.
