Allyson is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where she counsels clients on all aspects of corporate immigration. She supports a diverse array of clients, ranging from small technology firms to multinational Fortune 500 corporations.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Allyson gained extensive immigration law experience serving as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where she represented the United States in immigration proceedings. She also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she assisted immigration judges with writing decisions and researching complex immigration issues.

During law school, Allyson participated in her school’s Immigration Clinic, where she assisted clients with applications for relief in immigration proceedings. She also worked as a law clerk with Fragomen, assisting with the preparation of H-1B applications.

Allyson has volunteered at Citizenship Day events, helping individuals with their applications for naturalization, and she has provided pro bono advice to individuals in immigration proceedings as part of Phoenix School of Law’s Immigration Clinic.

Experience

Served as an Appellate Brief Reviewer for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in Arizona, responsible for editing appeals and appeal briefs that were filed with the Board of Immigration Appeals by the Department of Homeland Security.

Drafted and submitted more than 200 H-1B applications for submission to U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services while working as a Law Clerk at Fragomen.
