Amy is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Los Angeles office. She provides employment-based immigration counsel, including nonimmigrant visas, family- and employment-based permanent residence applications and naturalization applications, to a wide variety of companies and individuals in employment-based immigration matters. Her current practice includes assisting clients ranging from multinational Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized and start-up organizations in various industries.
Amy initially joined Fragomen as a Law Clerk in 2014. In this role, she assisted clients with a variety of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant matters—including national interest waivers, H and L visa petitions, outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions, and permanent residence applications.
Amy speaks Cantonese and English.
