Ana is a Senior Immigration Program Manager for Latin America based in Fragomen’s Costa Rica office, where she focuses on providing the highest quality experience possible for clients.

A Costa Rican attorney, Ana has comprehensive experience in corporate and business immigration, with a focus on advising companies on immigration procedures, practice and policy in Latin America; reviewing internal immigration policies; and establishing successful immigration strategies. Ana has experience advising clients on complex immigration matters and immigration processes for Latin America.

Ana first joined Fragomen in the Costa Rica office in 2010, where she provided immigration services for more than three years. In 2013, she relocated to the São Paulo, Brazil office, where she served as a Senior Manager until November 2016.

From 2017 to 2022, she lived in Mexico and worked at Mexico City office, as a Senior Client Services Manager.

Ana speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. She received an International Legal English Certificate from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2008.
