Andreia is a Manager in Fragomen’s Brussels office, where she leads the Fragomen Consulting team which specializes in building European immigration solutions to clients who have operations in multiple EU countries. Andreia has significant experience advising on mobility strategies for intra-company transfers, remote work policies, the impact of Brexit on UK citizens’ mobility and work rights in the EU, and Schengen compliance requirements.

Andreia joined Fragomen in 2016 and during that time has been involved in several Government Strategies initiatives led by Fragomen Brussels. Andreia has worked on different research projects focused on EU legal migration policy, the free provision of services and the free movement of people. She contributed to the European Commission’s Legal Migration Fitness Check by comparing the different legal migration Directives, identifying gaps and inconsistencies and suggesting policy solutions to improve the conference and efficiency of the legal migration acquis.

Andreia has also worked very closely with the Mission of Canada to the EU, for whom she prepared reports on the implementation of CETA provisions on the Temporary Entry chapter for several European countries.

Before joining Fragomen, Andreia worked as a policy analyst in a leading Brussels based think tank.

Andreia speaks English, French and Romanian.
