Angela is a Senior Manager for the firm’s South Korea and Philippine practice groups at Fragomen’s Asia Pacific Coordination Center. Combining a background in immigration case management with a dynamic, collaborative approach, she provides focused, personalized support for clients and immigration partners.

Angela joined Fragomen in 2013 as a Consultant providing strategic immigration advice to multinational clients across various industries including banking and finance, oil and gas, and consumer goods. She also has extensive experience managing cases for VIP clients.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Angela handled labor, litigation, due diligence and corporate matters as an Associate in a large full-service law firm in the Philippines.

Angela has lectured on employment issues, most notably on labor-only contracting and non-compete clauses, and is a contributor to the Fragomen blog.

Angela speaks English and Filipino.
