Anna is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she practices U.S. immigration law and counsels clients in a variety of industries. She is experienced with strategizing for and drafting responses to complex Requests for Evidence for H-1B, L-1 and I-140 petitions.
During law school, Anna served as the Co-editor in Chief of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal and was a member of the UC Hastings Center for Gender and Refugee Studies’ Refugee and Human Rights Clinic, where she assisted a refugee seeking asylum. She also worked as a law clerk at the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area, where she helped to prepare special crime victims’ U visa applications.
