Archana uses a proactive, cross-jurisdictional approach to create seamless immigration programs for clients. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients view immigration as an opportunity—not a roadblock—to address their most pressing projects amidst changing markets.

Representing a variety of multinational corporate clients on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship, Archana understands that businesses’ objectives are never stagnant. She provides strategic counsel on budgetary needs and retention and expansion of talent, always leveraging her focus on data and technology to ensure her clients have the latest information for thoughtful decision-making.

Amidst changing landscapes, Archana is committed to helping clients navigate challenges with empathy, flexibility and effectiveness. Using Fragomen’s array of global resources to inform her advice in a wide range of areas, Archana serves as a trusted immigration partner to her clients throughout the global mobility lifecycle—not only on individual matters. She knows that immigration law can be deeply personal, and always strives to strike the delicate balance of humanizing situations while remaining business oriented.

Archana is actively involved in Fragomen’s mentorship program across a variety of teams in New York and in other offices. She also serves as a member of the New York office’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She frequently dedicates her time to pro bono projects and has received a variety of awards recognizing her efforts across the legal community.

Archana speaks English, Hindi and Marathi.
