Arielle (Ari) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she supports clients in the IT, software development, automotive, telecommunications, healthcare and financial services sectors with their employment-based immigration needs. She has successfully represented clients in obtaining nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, E-2, L-1A/B, J-1 waivers, etc.) and immigrant visas including I-140 petitions for EB-2 Advanced Degree Professionals, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, EB-3 Professionals and Skilled Workers, Schedule A nurses, along with corresponding applications for Adjustment of Status to Lawful Permanent Residence. She also represents corporations and their employees in all stages of the PERM Labor Certification process and advises companies in assessing eligibility and mitigating any risks involved in sponsorship for prospective employees. Ari also has experience in family- and marriage-based immigration, waivers of inadmissibility and naturalization.
As a first-generation American and the child of immigrants, Ari is passionate about helping foreign nationals and their families successfully navigate the U.S. immigration system. She has previously worked in a mid-sized firm and a small boutique immigration practice, where she practiced both employment- and family-based immigration. Throughout law school, Ari also worked as an in-house immigration paralegal at a publicly traded corporation. During law school, Ari served as a Student Attorney at the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services (CARES) and successfully assisted clients in removal proceedings.
Ari speaks English and is conversational in Russian.
