Asfandyar is a UK-qualified lawyer with over 12 years of experience in the legal industry, including nine years with Fragomen. He currently serves as the Corporate Services Manager in Riyadh. Throughout his career, Asfandyar has held various positions within the legal and immigration sectors.

As Corporate Services Manager at Fragomen, Asfandyar provides guidance to a diverse clientele, including start-ups, SMEs, corporations and multinational conglomerates on establishing and maintaining their business operations in Saudi Arabia. Asfandyar focuses on securing and managing licenses, maintaining compliance portals and addressing all facets of corporate services. Asfandyar is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient process for businesses seeking to thrive in the KSA market.

Prior to his current role in Riyadh, Asfandyar worked in the London office as a Senior Associate (Solicitor). Having extensive UK immigration knowledge, Asfandyar advised clients on the full range of UK immigration matters, including applications under the Points Based System (PBS). Asfandyar had a particular focus on corporate immigration routes such as Skilled Worker and global business mobility visa applications in addition to assisting clients with citizenship and settlement applications in the UK.

Asfandyar speaks English, Punjabi and Urdu.
