Atiya is a Senior Associate and solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office, where she provides strategic immigration advice to corporate clients across a range of industries. In this role, she assists clients with all immigration applications, including matters related to UK work visa options and settlement.

Prior to joining the firm, Atiya worked at a law firm where she focused on immigration, human rights and asylum matters. During her time there, she acquired extensive experience preparing tribunal appeals and claims for judicial review.

Atiya speaks English and Urdu.
