Brent serves as Counsel in the firm’s New York office and has extensive experience as both external and internal immigration counsel. He leverages this unique combination of experience to provide comprehensive immigration advice, taking into account the distinct challenges that corporations face in managing complex immigration programs.
Brent represents clients in a wide variety of industries and partners with stakeholders in human resources, global mobility, talent acquisition and government relations. He helps clients develop compliant immigration policies, procedures and audit programs, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency while ensuring a positive employee experience. Brent also partners with clients to provide data, metrics and reporting that facilitate immigration program management.
Brent has helped corporations navigate complex immigration-related investigations by developing, implementing and maintaining compliant immigration programs. Having served as in-house immigration counsel, he understands the challenges that multinational corporations face and is able to provide tailored immigration advice to his clients. Brent also works with clients to maintain compliance with immigration laws and procedures during and after complex mergers and acquisitions.
