W Gazeta Prawna dyrektor ds. strategii imigracyjnej w Polsce, Tomasz Rogala, omawia projekt rozporządzenia Ministerstwa Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej, które ograniczyłoby możliwość pracy w Polsce obywateli Gruzji, Kolumbii i Wenezueli w okresie bezwizowym.

In Gazeta Prawna, Poland Immigration Strategy Director Tomasz Rogala discusses a draft regulation from the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy that would limit the ability of citizens of Georgia, Colombia and Venezuela to work in Poland during visa-free stays.
Tomasz notes the proposal appears to extend beyond the scope of the underlying statute by introducing a broad restriction on work, including in cases where exemptions from work permit requirements apply, such as for students. He adds that while the measure may aim to address misuse of exemptions, its current structure could increase legal uncertainty and create practical challenges for employers navigating compliance and workforce planning.
